Larry Biblo
Professions: Attorney; Certified Public Accountant, Arbitrator.
Legal Practice: Law practice is concentrated in partnership and shareholder agreements, sale/purchase of businesses and professional practices, dissolution of closely held businesses, exit agreements, partner/shareholder disputes, employment agreements, estate matters, valuations of professional practices.
Accounting Practice: Accounting practice is concentrated in the preparation of tax returns and bookkeeping services for closely-held businesses, professional practices, real estate partnerships and various trusts and estates; as well as valuations of professional practices.
Arbitration Practice: Commercial arbitrator for over 29 years. Presently on the panel of commercial arbitrators through the American Arbitration Association. Diverse experience as an arbitrator, utilizing both legal and accounting backgrounds. Cases have involved partnership disputes, shareholder disputes, sales of various businesses, tax shelters, valuation disputes, professional practices, auto dealerships, etc.
In addition to the above, I have served as the sole arbitrator since 2006 in the ongoing arbitration proceedings between New York City and the members of a particular union. I have administrated and adjudicated over 1,500 cases.
Mediator experience is concentrated in professional practices and closely-held businesses.

Legal Practice: John joined the firm as an associate in 2022 and will focus primarily in Real Estate; Trust and Estate Planning; Entity Formation; Purchase/Sales of Small Business and Professional Practices; Preparation of Partnership, Corporate and Employment Agreements.
Accounting Practice: Prior to joining the firm, John has spent the bulk of his early career in Tax Preparation and Planning. He will continue to concentrate in the preparation of tax returns and tax planning for closely held businesses, individuals, and various trusts and estates.
